Summer Garden Schedule for Summer 2013

Summer Garden meets daily from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. for the following weeks:

• week of June 24
• week of July 1
• week of July 8

Convenient before and after care is also available.

Our program is designed to captivate and inspire children ages 4-8. Children must be potty-trained and all forms must be complete before acceptance to the program.  Payment is due in full by June 1 to reserve your child's place in the week(s) of your choice.

Please print and complete forms to be submitted by mail.  You may also choose to type in your information for forms 2 and 3 to be submitted via email or all mailed together.  Contact Sarah with questions at sarah@pinehill.org.

1. Complete the Emergency and Contact Information form.

2.  Complete the 2013 Summer Garden Enrollment form.

3.  Please tell us something about your child on this form.

3. Calculate your total payment.

4. Submit your payment via cash, check, or credit card, or via PayPal using the button below.

5. Mail your completed forms to us using the address at the bottom of the enrollment agreement.
